I met Penny a year ago while I was working on my US applications. Back then I felt lost. I worked with Penny on my US applications for two years and I still remember how anxious I felt the first time we met. Our regular sessions eased my worries as I knew I was in good hands. But she is not just a college counselor. I will miss our long conversations about life, Taylor Swift and the best coffee shops. And together, we wrote an essay that told my story exactly as it needed to be told. Thanks to Penny, I got into Tulane—my dream school.
